ABOUT OUR TEAM.
Since then, my love for cooking has expanded to icing cookies. The freedom that comes with designing each cookie is one of my escapes from the day-to-day stress of living in the modern world.

OUR AIM.
Designer sweets are highly artistic and suitable for special occasions as well as for everyday enjoyment. Yet I have found that all too often the taste is overpowered with sugar, taking away from the whole cookie experience. Thus, I emphasize baking healthier cookies, that is, cookies with NO butter, NO egg, and LESS sugar in the dough.This gives a mildness to the cookie that is refreshing, without taking away from the deliciousness of the cookie itself. The royal icing on top is made with icing sugar, egg whites and a pinch of lemon juice, giving you exactly what you want.
